Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy for all products. Customers may return items for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and in their original packaging.

Personal use items are not returnable once used for hygienic purposes as instructed by the ministry of health “includes apparel, personal accessories, bags, and items that are in direct use with the body “e.g. T- Shirts”.

 

Refund amount will be made with the same method of payment.

 

Refund claim process takes between 3 to 5 days.

 

Returned items shall be shipped to main office address in Heliopolis – Cairo - Egypt for inspection and refund decision. Shipping costs are at the customer's responsibility.

If you wish to bring the product(s) yourself, you are welcome to do so after you have taken an appointment by contacting us by email or on WhatsApp.
