Shipping Policy

Shipping Time:

 

Inside Greater Cairo:

Ready-made products usually ship within 3 business days “weekends & holidays excluded”. Orders placed after 3 pm are processed starting the next business day.

For items that requires assembly and/or installation, we ship within 6 business days “weekends & holidays excluded”.

Pick Ups are available from our warehouse in Heliopolis from Sunday to Thursday, from 10 am till 2 pm. A selected range can also be picked up from our Main Office in Heliopolis.

For any damaged/faulty/torn product that arrives to your door, you can simply refuse to accept it without paying any delivery fees.

Force Majeure:

Delays might occur in case of force majeure that includes but are not limited to road accidents, bad weather, disease breakout, curfews, lock-downs, and other similar emergency situations that might occur.
